Well good sir. I have good news and bad news for you. If you are using the free version I can walk you through making it look a little different and even help you with banners (they will something you or I find and then edit mildly to look nice) but I will be unable to anything intensive. If you are doing the $30 payment plan WordPress has set up (doubtful) then I can code the entire page for you HTML and CSS to look however you wish. As it stands I’m using the free wordpress and am restricted to using just their themes. (used the same one as Yoraikun. I liked the look)
after a brief google-ing, this is what I have found for you
Dashboard -> Options -> Discussion -> Uncheck the boxes labeled “An administrator must always approve the comment” and “Comment author must have a previously approved comment”
All comments will then be approved automatically.

I guess i should check the theme once i get home, also, is there any way to auto approve post instead having to approve them manually?
